Avalyn Quick has over 30 years of combined business, leadership, and certified coaching experience. She partners with executive leaders, managers, and high-potential professionals, assisting them in adapting to changing business environments, focusing on top priorities, building teams, enhancing emotional intelligence skills, and managing their career transitions.  Avalyn is particularly effective in helping newly appointed leaders/founders/CEOs and executive teams of startups improve their leadership and communication skills and support their initiatives to scale the business. 

Avalyn has worked with various companies, from startups to Fortune 500 corporations across the nation, helping them to reduce the obstacles they face while advancing their business plans. Her clients have experienced superior results such as increased customer commitment, enhanced process efficiency, higher company morale, and improved business performance.

Avalyn started her career at Arthur Andersen and later transitioned to key leadership roles at GlaxoSmithKline, Butler Manufacturing, and The Pillsbury Company (acquired by General Mills). She holds a B.A. from Augsburg College in accounting and finance and an executive certification of leadership coaching from Georgetown University. Avalyn is passionate about giving back to the community and has received leadership awards from the YMCA and Girls Scouts.
